Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks

Over the course of this summer I've been having a bit of a love affair with eye crayons. There is one in particular that stands out amongst the rest *cue* Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks.

Rimmel's Scandaleys Shadow Sticks fit into the purse friendly category, and at £4.49 a piece these are a bargain! They're inexpensive, highly pigmented, easily blend-able and long lasting. What's not to love?

The only shortcoming happens to be that they are only available in 5 shades. However, that being said you'll often find me applying my favourite shade 003 Bad Girl Bronze all over the lid with 002 Bulletproof Beige in the inner corners to open up the eye. Due to the sticky weather, I've been applying Bad Girl Bronze on top of my trusty Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion, to add to its longevity – and boy does it last!

I apply the crayon directly onto my eyelid for a quick wash of colour, and blend with my finger. This is yet another reason I can't prevent myself from raving about these little beauties. On application I find that there is no need to reach for a brush, so by the end of my face painting routine there is less to wash.

You can find Rimmel Scandaleyes Shadow Sticks in Boots and they will always have a place in my makeup bag. A perfect buy for effortless eyeshadow application.
